Cleaner for Eximia Cleaning Services in Langley BC is looking for suitable applicants to fill the position of Cleaner. Requirements for Cleaner:

• Language: Candidates must be conversant with the English Language.

• Education: There is no need of a regular qualification such as degree, certificate, or diploma.

• Experience: The candidates are not required to have any experience although having it would be an added advantage

Physical Requirements of Cleaner:

• Employee should be non-smokers and fit into working in a quick moving environment.
• Cleaner should be able to work under time-pressure and have physical stamina
• Candidates should exhibit high attention to detail as well as effectively handle repetitive tasks
• Worker should also feel comfortable with bending, crouching, kneeling and doing a combination of sitting, standing and walking throughout the day at work.
• These candidates are supposed to stand for long hours while on duty

Candidate Status:

• A candidate has to either be Canadian Citizen or temporary/ permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must possess legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
• Don’t apply if you cannot fulfill above mentioned requirements.

Responsibilities of Cleaner:

• The candidates would sweep the floor, mop it, wash floors and polish them.
• They would also dust furniture. Additionally they will vacuum carpeting area rugs draperies upholstered furniture.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
• Provide basic information on facilities, pick up debris, empty out trash containers, perform light housekeeping duties and cleaning duties as well as washing windows, walls and ceilings.
