Requirements for Project Worker

  • Relevant qualification in Volunteer Management or extensive volunteer work experience.
  • Successful coordination and supervision of teams, demonstrating leadership and motivation skills.
  • Deep understanding of working with volunteers, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Knowledgeable about the voluntary sector and volunteering initiatives, effective navigation in this domain.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering community projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, combined with IT proficiency.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, utilizing evaluation methods for project effectiveness.
  • Strengths in producing reports and analyzing data.
  • Non-judgmental attitude and embrace of diversity, contributing to an inclusive atmosphere.
