Zachary Daniels are delighted to be collaborating with a fast-growth retail d2c e-commerce brand that deals in men’s and women’s attire to an international clientele. The business needs a Warehouse Manager to cooperate with the logistics team who works in-house as well as carriers in an effort to fulfill D2C orders for customers. The site has recently brought all logistics on-site, so a capable, strong warehouse manager is needed. This role will sit in their Blackpool distribution center overseeing the warehouse staff.
The perfect fit candidate will be a working hands manager who has worked at this level in the past. The holders of the role will ensure that the operation is efficient and being controlled to run at or below budget. Reporting into the business owner.

The role as Warehouse Manager:–

Make yourself responsible for all H&S issues for the whole site
Run the small team in the warehouse – receive, pick, dispatch and returns
Minimize WMS system Inventory damage / loss.
It is responsible for developing performance, performance improvement /challenges and HR matters.
Warehouse Manager work is to Manage and guide a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Initiate and identify projects of process improvement in the Operation.
Collaboration with carriers and third parties for attainment of customer SLA.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Efficient inventory management skills.

Both written and oral communications are clear and effective.
The ability to work with other individuals such as team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

WMS knowledge and other related software.
An understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management processes.
